Drakatos outlined 8 ways of "fighting" showrooming through mobile, ultimately engaging the audinece in new ways at the point of sale.
As part of the research on mobile advertising and consumer perception for his Master thesis, Drakatos partnered with Ailsa Kolsaker for the "Mobile advertising: The influence of emotional attachment to mobile devices on consumer receptiveness". The article was published on the Journal of Marketing Communications in 2009.
